SHIPPING POLICY
QualityToolsCo offers great shipping options and rates. We use FedEx, and UPS for orders less than 150 lbs. We use ABF, Old Dominion, and FedEx Freight for orders above 150 lbs. Your shipping costs and options are presented during the checkout process.
Common Carrier (Orders Less Than 150 Pounds)
Our Standard Shipping is Ground Service. Ground shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive on orders placed in the United States. If you need your items more quickly, we offer some of the best expedited shipping rates in the business using Express Ground Shipping, FedEx 3 Day, and FedEx Overnight, both available for most items. All Common Carrier shipping charges are based on your location and the shipping weight of the order and are calculated during the checkout process. We don't expect it will, but if your order arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and let the driver know the order is damaged. Then contact us to arrange a replacement order.
Freight Shipments (Orders 150 Pounds or More)
Most items you order that weigh over 150 pounds will be shipped by one of the above freight carriers. QualityToolsCo also offers Lift Gate service for an additional charge on most items under 1500 lbs. This option can be selected at checkout. Lift Gate Service means the driver will off-load the merchandise to the ground. Once on the ground, it is your responsibility to move the freight inside. You also have the option of picking up the freight from the nearest terminal. Please arrange this with the freight carrier prior to delivery. Items over 150 lbs may ship separately from items under 150 lbs. Lift Gate Service is not available for Heavy Equipment. These products will require special equipment for offloading (forklifts, telehandlers, etc.).
A signature is required upon delivery of freight shipments. Before signing the freight bill of lading, inspect the shipment for damages and shortages immediately upon delivery. It is your responsibility to verify the condition of the merchandise that you receive. In the event of a problem, contact an QualityToolsCo customer support agent through our Contact Us form before signing the freight bill. A signature is required on Expedited and Freight Shipments.
We can't ship to PO Boxes, physical addresses only. At this time we do not ship to APO/FPOs, U.S. territories, and Canada or other countries. Not all services are available for every zip code. Out of Stock Items
We pride ourselves on having one of the lowest out-of-stock rates in the industry. Occasionally we may have to backorder an item that is on your order. We will automatically ship the item to you as soon as we receive it. When an order is placed we authorize the total amount of the order.
